Ingredients

  • 3 –4 lb chuck roast
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  • Pat the chuck roast dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, combine the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
